Rosie Boycott

Rosie Boycott is a journalist and editor. She founded the feminist magazine Spare Rib and has edited Esquire, The Independent on Sunday, The Independent and the Daily Express. She is the author of A Nice Girl Like Me, Our Farm, All for Love and Batty Bloomers and Boycott. She is a trustee of The Hay Festival and a director of Hay, Cartagena.  She has judged a variety of literary prizes: The Costa, The Esquire Non Fiction Awards, The Samuel Johnson (Chair), The Orange (Chair) and the Rhone Poulenc.  She has been a frequent contributor to radio and TV and a regular guest on The Late Review. Currently she is the Food Advisor to the Mayor of London. She is widely travelled and has lived in the Middle East
